Location

Fully-Remote, Wednesday through Sunday – 5 AM to 1 PM PST

Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting customers and faculty, ensuring a smooth experience with live online courses. This role primarily involves email, Zoom, and chat support, with phone support as needed. It is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their customer service expertise while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:

    Provide timely, courteous assistance to customers via email, chat, Zoom, and phone. Respond to inquiries with professionalism, actively listening and resolving issues effectively in a friendly manner.

  • Zoom Course Facilitation:

    Support faculty in initiating Zoom courses, ensuring smooth kick-offs, and assisting customers with sign-in.

  • Inquiry Management:

    Respond to phone inquiries and website form submissions, handling requests related to course approvals, receipts, and certificates of attendance.

  • CRM Management:

    Log and track all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM, keeping records accurate and organized.

  • Collaborative Communication:

    Partner with management to stay updated on services, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer support.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Familiarity with sales or marketing principles is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is beneficial, though not required.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable managing inboxes, navigating Zoom, and working primarily from a computer.

  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills in a small, supportive environment.
