Warehouse Associate – Amazon Store

About the position

Responsibilities

• Fulfill, pack, verify and put-away stock equipment and record necessary data for all customer orders and requests.
• Support team members in preparing documentation for fulfillment and shipment tasks.
• Adapt to daily demands and changing priorities as required by the business area.
• Maintain organization and precision with inventory control across multiple business operations.
• Assist in quality control checks and verification as required by company best practices.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory balance information.
• Promote safety and good housekeeping practices in the warehouse.
• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and assist in leading training as needed.
• Perform other role-related tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of recent verifiable warehouse experience and inventory control.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of barcode scanning systems.
• Prior experience using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Forklifts and Pallet Jacks.
• Ability to pass in-house Forklift Training requirements and certification.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate work efforts with the team.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background check.
