We're looking for a dynamic Director of FP&A, Americas Hardware to join our team. As a key leader, you'll drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis. You'll oversee financial planning and analysis for senior leadership, participate in strategic projects across the company, and provide financial support for the CSO and his sales organizations as well as the CEO of iFIT Commercial and his sales organizations.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Reduce forecasting cycle time by 25% and improve accuracy by 10% in the first 6 months by leveraging adaptive planning
  • Assist in streamlining reforecasts to enable full rolling 12 monthly updates to the entire model by Dec 2025
  • 2 Actionable insights to improve the Americas and Commercial Businesses each month

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the complete P&Ls for the Americas region & Commercial Business, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and profitability. Drive strategies to optimize financial performance and achieve regional targets.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes specifically for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global company goals and regional commercial objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust financial models to support various business initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning tailored to the Americas market.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the Americas P&L, presenting 2 actionable recommendations to senior management each month.
  • Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports for the Americas P&L, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews for the DTC and WHS business lines, variance analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an FP&A team, directly managing an FP&A Manager, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Drive efficiency initiatives within the finance function, leveraging tools like Adaptive Planning for budgeting and forecasting, and extracting insights from data platforms such as Snowflake and Tableau.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA highly preferred.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management capacity, ideally with P&L ownership experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing an FP&A team, including direct management of finance professionals.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Adaptive Planning is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from data warehouses like Snowflake, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, especially at the executive level.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
