Job Description:

Summary We're looking for a motivated, empathetic professional to join our team as a Virtual Legal Intake Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the initial steps of our legal services with confidence and care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms • Conduct initial client intake conversations to assess needs and determine fit • Clearly explain the firm’s services, process, and value proposition • Schedule consultations with attorneys and follow up with leads • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead progress • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and engagement goals

Key Skills:

  • Strong customer service mindset with a compassionate and empathetic approach •Sales experience or background, with a focus on client engagement •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Quick to adapt to new environments and eager to learn •Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks Requirements: •Strong sales background and customer service skills •Proven experience in administrative support •Experience in service-based sales is a plus, where guiding individuals through decision-making is key •Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion •Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software •Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus •Ability to handle a moderate call volume (6 to 15 calls per day) Software: •ClioGrow (experience preferred or willingness to learn) Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST), US.
