Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls, send cold emails and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify B2B leads
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leads
  • Conduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makers
  • Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role (SaaS or Tech industry strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a high-volume sales environment
  • Comfortable making 60 to 100+ cold calls per day
  • Experience with CRMs and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft or Apollo
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup
