Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls, send cold emails and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify B2B leads
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leads
- Conduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makers
- Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role (SaaS or Tech industry strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable making 60 to 100+ cold calls per day
- Experience with CRMs and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft or Apollo
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup
