STL Test Engineer 1
Staff4Me is currently seeking an entry-level STL Test Engineer to join our team. As an STL Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing test plans, analyzing test results, and reporting defects. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and test scripts according to the defined test plans.
- Analyze test results and report defects using bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported defects.
- Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, and system testing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
