Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into the system.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest services and support initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
