Position: Service Parts Specialist Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) Location: Remote (U.S.-based applicants preferred) Pay: $24–$30/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments of service parts and equipment using internal systems.

• Manage service parts inventory levels, reorder cycles, and documentation.

• Communicate with internal UPS departments and external vendors to ensure timely part delivery.

• Prepare purchase orders, process returns, and monitor part usage patterns.

• Update databases and generate inventory reports.

• Provide remote administrative support to field technicians and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

• 1+ year of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and internal tracking systems.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection and computer setup.
