Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your role includes:

• Providing skilled nursing care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment
• Coordinating care and conducting resident assessments
• Educating residents and executing various nursing interventions
• Possibility to serve as a charge nurse delegating tasks to team members

You will work in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, demonstrating competency and professionalism in all nursing activities.

Qualifications

You must have graduated from an accredited nursing school. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Candidates must possess:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
• A completed pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or a minimum of 400 hours of RN or LPN experience
• Specialty certifications may be required based on specific service areas
