Softdocs Forms & Workflow Developer - Radiant System, Inc
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure eForms and workflows using both the Classic and New Softdocs Form Builders.
- Write and maintain custom code/scripts to extend functionality, automate processes, and support advanced form features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate forms and workflows with Ellucian Banner and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize developed solutions for performance, security, and usability.
- Maintain thorough documentation of developed forms, workflows, and supporting code.
- Provide training and technical support to end users and administrators.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Softdocs Classic Form Builder.
- 6+ months of experience with the new Softdocs Form Builder.
- Proven experience writing custom code (e.g., JSON, SQL, APIs, or similar) to enhance forms and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner ERP, including integration with forms and workflows.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow logic.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise document/content management systems (BDM, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with higher education business processes.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data management practices.
